(That title was sort of a nod to Guardian 452, my beloved Bob, because I have spent the past few days watching ReBoot. But that totally has nothing to do with the following.)

    I did a big paper on the Comfort Women (along with other Japanese war crimes and it how it relates to their cultural identity) for my History 4995: East Asia and The Pacific Rim class. That whole issue is fascinating, and a very underlooked part of Japanese history (that Japan would love to sweep under the rug forever).
