Blogger's word verification feature for comments

It's a great idea, in theory.

But then it keeps giving you "smenita", and when you type "smenita" in the box, it keeps saying, "Enter the letters as they are shown in the image."

    Well it's obvious, isn't it? You were using an incorrect font.

    You missed the spaces either side of the word :)

    Thankfully, it just started working, and I was able to post my comments. Yay!

    This happens fairly regularly, though...

    It's not always "smenita", of course. But I'm thinking of adding "smenita" to my blogging lexicon, as an exclamation to use whenever technology defeats me.
