I've turned into this dry husk, I swear. I actually scraped pennies together to go to the beauty supply store and get a hot oil treatment thingy for my hair and a tub of some Queen Helene moisturing masque in the hope of stopping the dessication process!
I typically dry out in the winter, too. I don't know what's happening to me! :>
I'm thinking about calling my Mary Kay girl and ordering some "oily complexion" face wash and lotion. Right now the "combination" stuff just doesn't seem to be keeping me balanced.
I have no solution for the cuticles, other than to just keep chopping away at them. Ow.
