Ducks!

Shortly after taking this picture, a man came along walking a bike
and singing Happy Birthday to himself. I knew instantly that he was a
panhandler, but I said anyway, "It's your birthday?"

"Happy Birthday to me," the man replied. "Can I ask you a question?"

Ah well.
