At least in Barack's case we know it's just an weird, possibly offensive ad. If it was a picture of Bill Clinton, pre-inauguration, you might have thought it was a tell-all memoir being advertised.
hahaha, indeed!
The best thing about this ad, though, is the obvious Photoshop job. Makes you wonder: did they do a poor job because they suck, or did they do a poor job so you'd know it was a Photoshop job?
