Making a "Mock Danish"

Fat free cream cheese, egg beaters, Splenda, and vanilla. Recipe from Dietician.

What's the rest of this recipe? What binds it all together, or is it scrambled eggs with the cream cheese? I guess I'm just not getting it. :(

Which is too bad, because I'd like to at least TRY something called a "mock danish" that involves cream cheese. ;)

That is IT. You melt the cream cheese, stir in the egg beaters, and cook, stirring constantly, until it starts stiffening. Add the seasonings and let it cook until it holds its shape on a spoon, then cool and eat.

I'm not sure how exactly it's a "danish", but it's definitely mock. Mine ended up more like sweet scrambled eggs.

Wow, that's weird.

I don't think I'd like sweet scrambled eggs at all. :( Neat idea, though, a "mock danish" just not what I'd envisioned.
