Fall color

Today I took the tiniest of strolls, just around two areas of my apartment complex, so I could get pictures of the beautiful changing leaves. Here's a link to the full gallery.

As you can see, I like red leaves :)

We get no fall color here. The leaves just eventually fall to the ground, very slowly. Such is life in Texas. I did see some foilage on a recent trip to upstate NY, though.

Aw, that's a shame! Sean and I have been to Austin and we thought it was beautiful. But no fall color? :(

I've heard upstate New York has beautiful fall colors.

The north Georgia mountains are supposed to be a good place to see the leaves change, too.

Most of our foliage is burned away. LA sucks.

But red leaves are keen! Yay for red leaves!

The north Georgia mountains are THE BOMB-DIGGITY for fall colors!! :) You know, we've got some gorgeous red leaves around here, too. I'd never thought about whether or not there'd be some pretty fall foliage around here until I started SEEING it, thank gooodness!! :-D

Well, Texas is a big state. Some parts may very well get some fall color, but the area I live in doesn't.
