That's scary. I preordered them on the same day.
I will be extremely tempted to watch Empire first. I don't have any of the special editions on VHS; just the two remastering passes they did. The first might have been sound only, the second was the print.
I've heard they've special editionized them again for the DVDs. The rumor mill is really cranking, so we'll have to wait and see what all gets changed. Maybe someone will create a website with a breakdown of all the differences...I don't know if I can keep track of them all.
