I must say, my internal "seasonal clock" has been thrown off by my first year living here. I wore a sweater on my birthday -IN JUNE!- and that was just weird, the only "summer weather" I got was when I was home visiting, and then had middle 90f degree weather for a week and a half -IN OCTOBER!
SIGH.
I can't wait for my seasons to return to "normal" hopefully by next year. Then we can wreck THAT normalcy by moving back to 90 degree Octobers, YEY! :P
And I wish I still knew the excitement of being able to turn the heat on for the first cold snap; for months now, I've been racing to the car to turn the seat warmer on, and chatter how COLD it is, while I wait for the heater to start blowing. UGH...
