Chris (Man in Japan) has learned (sort of) to make it!
It's pretty simple to cook, you just whip up a batter, mix in the finely chopped cabbage and then put it to fry. Then add your meat on to the top, and flip as appropriate. I'd love to be a little more specific, but I've forgotten the more subtle details.He also notes:
