My left foot hurts. It's like a shooting pain going up the side of it. It feels like it needs to pop, but popping does no good (and it's hard to pop one's feet, anyway). I was hoping that going to Sam's and walking on it a bit would help, but no...that had the opposite effect.
I don't know if there is something wrong with my shoes, or if there is something wrong with my foot. I do know that this has happened before, and I guess it just goes away after awhile.

I haven't tried heat therapy...my brother was like, "Have you tried soaking it? Is it at least elevated?" and I was like "No, and no" :> Basically I've just been sitting around, occasionally limping from one chair to another...
It felt a little better this morning, although (annoyingly enough) I had a lot of back pain when I woke up. (I forced myself to relax and went back to sleep, and that seemed to solve the problem.)
The foot makes all kinds of crunching noise when I rotate it...not sure what that's about.
