The other day, someone at work asked me if I build the website "in PSP".
She meant to say "PHP" :> Although using a PlayStation Portable to build a website would be pretty interesting.

I originally thought that was what she was asking, because I was in Photoshop at the time. But she actually knows Photoshop, so I figured surely she would recognize it ;>
Do people actually call Paint Shop Pro "PSP"?
Yes, my wife does.
At least the person didn't say "PCP." I hate having to report druggies' Freudian slips, don't you?
LOL!
And hey man! Been awhile :D
Yeah, at work --well, before I was voluntarily unemployed-- we called Paint Shop Pro "PSP."
I giggle at the idea of the PCP slip, though.. ;)
I don't think I've ever used the thing, so I wasn't sure. We certainly call it PSP online, but I didn't know if people actually said it!
Hmm, coding a website on a PSP. That would be time consuming and likely incredibly frustrating. I think I'd pass that that one.
haha...I'd want a keyboard and mouse adapter ;>
I was thinking she was a PSP user at first, since when you access teh web on your PSP normal sites do appear quite large. There are a few sites (playstation.com/psp , www.applegeeks.com, etc) that have a version of their websites recognize the user accessing it from a Playstation Portable and refit the site accordingly so its easier to use on said PSP. So maybe it'd be hard to build a site in PSP, but it'd be interesting to see your site build to have accomedations for a PSP, if it doesn't so already ^_^.
I've thought about designing alternate templates for universal accessibility. I might be able to do it in Old Blogger (can't upgrade due to having 2800+ posts...plus I'm an FTP user, boo) with CSS, but I haven't tried. Ultimately it's kind of daunting to think about all the various ways people view the web.
Did you know some people still use WebTV? *shudder*
I coded my web site in PCP!
Phear my Coding Prowess!
