Meds

In case you're remotely interested, here are this week's meds. Prescriptions, vitamins, the whole nine yards.

I swallow each day's portion all at once.

The pink pills are Benadryl, to be taken before bed. I take the rest of them in the morning.

Next year I'll be 30, but from this it looks like I'm two or three times that, doesn't it?

How many different vitamins are you taking daily? If I'm not mistaken, I'm seeing at least two different vitamin pills in each day's bin?

Calcium, a multivitamin, Super B Complex, and folic acid...:P

My endocrinologist actually said you can't take calcium all at once like I've been doing because it just passes through, but I'm going to wait until I run out of 1200s before I buy the 600s and split them up :P

I usually take a multivitamin and an aspirin. I probably should be taking more supplements but right now I can't afford anything fancy.

I know exactly how you feel. I was told to take pills with food, otherwise the stomach wouldn't release the proper enzymes... So i wonder... If you take enough pills at one time, does that count as enough food? ;)
