It has recently come to my attention that Connor can read.
Anyway:

He's been reading for a good while. While I suppose that most would start bragging when their kid finally figures it out, I guess I just kind of go with the school of, "Well, of course he can read. He'd BETTER be able to read at his age." Sorry for not saying something. Wasn't one of the top things on my mind. ;>
No worries! I understood on a certain level that he could read some things, but Mom was telling me the other day how fluently he was able to read captions and comments on her smugmug, and I thought, "Uh oh."
After I've been employed 90 days I'll start accumulating vacation. Thanksgiving is a definite visit, but maybe I can make it up before then too. We'll see.

He often reads Logan his bedtime story at night. Their current favorite is Are You My Mother.
Awww! I love that book!
I should call sometime and have him read it to me :)
Or come for a visit!
Yes, well, that would be ideal :)
